I am the most authentic version of myself I’ve ever been. I’m older, wiser and completely comfortable in my own skin. This phase of life is all about growth. Personal, professional and physical. I don’t want to just age. I want to be better than ever.
How do you stay fabulous?I exercise, watch what I eat and get plenty of sleep and drink tons of water. Although I use to partake in a lot of social activities centered around alcohol, I rarely drink anymore and find that it contributes to my overall sense of healthiness and well being. I take great care of my skin and use sunscreen daily. I find that meditation helps me to feel grounded and relaxed when life gets chaotic. I also stay fabulous by doing what I love on a daily basis and that’s helping others.
What would you do with the $40,000?I’m currently working toward finishing a degree that will enable me to further help the special needs community that I already work with and their families. I would use some of the money for school, and the rest to put into the business my partner and I want to start.
