In March 2020 I began my health and wellness journey. Through proper nutrition and exercise I’ve lost 157 lbs and kept it off!!

I love being a healthier version of myself. I love that I can be me and be in the best shape of my life at 47 yrs old. Age is just a number and we can be amazing at any age. I love that even though I’m 40 plus many doors have opened up for me. I love that at 47 I’m a New York Fashion Week runway model.
How do you stay fabulous?I wake up every morning with intention, purpose, discipline and drive. I think staying fabulous begins on the inside and radiates outward. I believe in eating right and exercising daily. It’s been a very important part of my life the last 4 1/2 yrs. Taking care of my skin and hydrating I’ve found the fountain of youth. Believing in myself and knowing I can do hard things gives me the strength to keep pushing for my goals.
What would you do with the $40,000?I would love to help my children out with their college expenses. I would also like to open a shelter for women who are victims of domestic violence. I’d love to provide them with a safe haven. Many women and children have no place to go to start over and I’d like to help change that.
