Well after surviving a stroke at 30 years old ,everyday regardless of what’s happening in my life,I feel fabulous to be alive and healthy.

The freedom that comes with., my kids are young adults out of the House. I love myself more now than I ever did before, I accept myself and others as they are. I learned to let go!! I can honestly say I live better now than I did in my twenties.
How do you stay fabulous?I meditate in the morning, I wake up 2 hours before my boyfriend so I can have my quiet morning routine. I cook my own meals, I also go to the gym 3 times a week I love gardening and playing with our Dog.
What would you do with the $40,000?I will go to Korea to visit my son who’s getting deployed there for two years. I would also use the other half to start my food business.
