I’m 42 years old, a mother of 5, and to be able to stay fit, feel beautiful, and confident can be tough. I am grateful to age gracefully.

I love being able to embrace aging. The most important thing to me is feeling young. I suffer from Crohn’s disease since 2004 and it has been a struggle to be comfortable in my own skin and difficult to enjoy the things I once did. Taking medication can take a toll on anyone so I am blessed to have enough confidence to stay looking young and keep doing my best to stay healthy. Being over 40 can bring challenges but every woman should feel amazing always.
How do you stay fabulous?I try to have a good morning and evening skin care routine and never miss my sunscreen. I work out at home when I am able to and I eat healthy as well.
What would you do with the $40,000?I’d love to buy a home for my children and I. As a single mother it’s very difficult to save up and that would be be a huge blessing. Perhaps a vacation and help my family as well. I think this would be a great opportunity to finally be able to spend something on myself and not feel guilty about doing so.
