I have gone through everything imaginable. Life has tested me. And I have absolutely no regrets. I am grounded and confidently walk into my authentic self every day. Even when I don't feel 100%, I give myself grace. Hitting rock bottom many times and in many different ways , it was my Faith and my complete surrender and abandonment when in prayer that allowed me to rise. Many a time, I was, not the Phoenix rising from the ashes, but the Phoenix that has risen.
How do you stay fabulous?I eat right, exercise every day, dance 3-4 times a week (for my own sanity! They are 2-hr dance workshops.) I pray, rest, I pamper myself with my skincare routine and I love myself. I pour into my own cup before I pour into anyone else's. But above all, I uphold healthy boundaries.
What would you do with the $40,000?I would invest it! But first I would help my family. They are my backbone and my lifeline and have held me up at my lowest points.
