The tranquility I find in every decision taken up to now and the love that surrounds me as I see others grow, start their own families and take the leaps of faith that make life worth living. I cherish the knowledge that every step has been worth it and that prior hardships seem more distant allowing me to cherish the joys more consciously.
How do you stay fabulous?THAT has been a whole shift in mind frame. I have a wiser relationship with food, where I seek nourishment not gratification. I have diversified my exercise routine to include more sports and never say I won’t try something to see if I like it. Aqua aerobics and a doctor recommended GAP routine are my go to exercises. I love facials and learn about new tech being developed constantly to try different things. Botox on my 11s is a must! My big No is suntanning so SPFs and Hats are my allies.
What would you do with the $40,000?I have been raising awareness on ageism for a while now, and I admire women like Salma Hayek, Oprah, and Kim Catrall, who have boldly de stigmatized the topic of menopause in public forums. I would use the money to start a podcast (or T.V. Program) on the subject which I would like to have translated to more languages. I think it’s vital that women see other women comparing notes on the path they have chosen, the whys and the hows, the pros and the cons and the alternatives out there for all.
