I love taking care of my health! Physical, mental and spiritual. We only get one body and one life to do our best. Aging is inevitable so why not embrace it and be the best you can be!! I love to travel all over the world teaching yoga and learning new customs & meeting new fabulous people. I have so much energy and zest for life at 61.
How do you stay fabulous?I do yoga, Pilates, meditation, walking and hiking. I love to walk my puppy and get outside in nature as much as possible. Earthing and grounding are real ways to lower stress, reduce anxiety and raise your serotonin. I became a vegetarian over 8 years ago and feel wonderful about it. Plant based eating is healthy and good for our environment as well as all living animals. I love to be of service to others, I go into schools teaching children breathing, yoga & mindfulness. Helping others :)
What would you do with the $40,000?I would pay for a mentor and marketing to promote my coaching, teaching and helping others improve their lives!! Yoga has improved my life so much & I love helping others get fit, feel better and learn how to breathe, be mindful & find joy everyday! I’m living proof you can feel great, look healthy and beautiful at any age! Sometimes we all just need a little help and guidance. Sharing love & light to everyone and those that need it the most! I also work with trauma victims & want to help others
