I am fabulous over 40 because at age 57 I took my life back via fitness. I am now a 63-year-old bodybuilder living my best life.

Aging is truly a blessing. One of my favorite quotes by Tony Horton “Aging is for those who don’t know any better.” So many people wrapped up the number when that’s all it is. I love the fact that I can take all of my past and current experiences and create the life that I want. It’s up to me to find the balance and strive to become a better version of myself as I have many good years left to live.
How do you stay fabulous?I stay fabulous by having a positive mental attitude. Every day that I wake up, I feel blessed with another opportunity to get things right. I focus on my “WHY” which is to maintain a healthy lifestyle (spiritual, emotional and physical) while inspiring others to become a better version of themselves. I believe that this life is not just for ourselves and that we are here for each other.
What would you do with the $40,000?If I were to win the $40,000 I would put half of it in my retirement account because I believe in investing in myself and that’s exactly what I did on my bodybuilding journey. I dipped into my retirement account to enjoy my life while I’m alive and well. I will send my coach and his beautiful wife on vacation and take my grandchildren camping.
