I love that I have a plethora of knowledge gained from many walks on many different paths in this life. I love that I have been able to experience so much of humanity and gain an understanding of where I fit into the world to support and help others. I am a girls girl; and have achieved opening a fitness & yoga studio, tailored to women in a way that can support and uplift them while guiding them through a chapter of their journey to getting in touch with their mind/body connection.

I stay fabulous by helping and supporting other women to achieve mastery of their own mind and body; by Connecting the two for increased health and longevity, increase endorphins, boost & increase self confidence, and to have a better understanding of self acceptance. I am able to reflect on all of my experiences and knowledge in order to empathize with other women. I created a safe, judgment-free, equipped space; to fitness coach other women in need of guidance on their healthy fitness journey.

I would put the money into my hometown; which I made my home again 1yr. ago, with my now in high school, daughter. I would love to support the schools by ways of repairing mascot signage art on the high school and creating a little ladies group to support our growing females in any area they may need support in all the roles they acquire. I would also extend my Golden Lotus Studio to offer lottery memberships to single mothers, and women in recovery for addictions to create a support outlet.
