What do you love about being over 40?

Through deep self-work and earned wisdom, I’ve let go of needing external approval. Being over 40 means finally embracing the freedom to live authentically and being able to find validation and peace from within. I’ve learned to focus on what truly matters, and now I feel fully aligned, merging the strength of my adult self with the little girl still inside me. Together, we navigate life with clarity, resilience, and the confidence to be true to ourselves.

How do you stay fabulous?

For me, feeling fabulous at 40 is about aligning my mind, body, and soul with my true self. Authenticity is my priority. I nourish my mind through self-work, positive inner dialogue, and meaningful connections with loved ones. I follow my passions. For my body, I commit to regular workouts, balanced eating, and a skincare routine with facial massage every morning and night. Daily vitamins, collagen, lemon water, and quiet coffee time are essential parts of my routine.

What would you do with the $40,000?

The majority of the money would go toward saving and investing for my family’s future. I would also donate to support veterans facing suicide, a cause close to my heart as a military spouse and sister. Growing up with a single mom, I wasn’t afforded some of the things I dreamed of—like having a closet I loved or the ability to travel. I’d invest in key pieces for my closet and take my family on a vacation to explore new cultures and their food.
