40 is the new 30. I embrace it because this growth is when you truly find yourself.

It took me so long to love and accept myself. Now that I’m 40 I’ve accepted this new growth, and really love aging. My mom used to say; “you’re as young as you feel.” I believe that whole heartedly. Age should define you, and when you accept it, you age gracefully.
How do you stay fabulous?Mental heath is everything. You can’t take care of others if you can’t take care of yourself. I have hard days, and overcame suicidal depression at one point. It took me so many years, to overcome, but doing so gave me the confidence and strength to keep pushing, keep moving. Strength in a woman is the ultimate beauty.
What would you do with the $40,000?I’m a single mother of 4 children, and I would take care of my children by putting some of the money aside for their needs. I’d definitely treat myself with something I’ve never done, like a vacation. I would love to travel out of the country.
