I love the confidence I have in myself now. I no longer critize my body, and not only accept my flaws, but I feel beautiful in my skin. I feel a sense of belonging in my place in the world. I can self reflect and acknowledge my character flaws and work to be better. I feel honored and respected by my coworkers, friends, and family. I really love where I'm at in life.
How do you stay fabulous?I do Pure Barre several times a week. I eat very little carbs and focus on lean protein and veggies. I don't eat out much and cook at home most days. I read a ton and lead a book club. Got to keep the mind healthy too!
What would you do with the $40,000?I'd invest a good portion of it. My goal is to retire by 55 and the reward money would go a long way to making that a reality. I want to be able to travel th world before my body no longer can.
