I am young at heart, mind and soul. I am an esthetician, realtor, martial artist, and formed a rock band performing in the state of Idaho!
We would like to thank you for supporting Crystal Arnold in this year's competition. Your support helps us contribute to the National Breast Cancer Foundation who provides early detection, education, and support services to those affected by breast cancer.
I am truly Living in the now! Each day is a new day to embrace! When I was younger I focused mostly on others, my children of course, and significant others. I finally decided to fully embrace who I am with all my talents and flaws! They make me who I am! I finally have time to present my love of music in performing as a lead vocalist right here in Boise Idaho. Being over 40 is fabulous. I don’t worry about some of the behaviors of others and focus on my own character development!
How do you stay fabulous?I make a point to try to get as much rest my body tells me I need, and to ritualistically do my organic skin care morning and night! I meditate, pray, and seek peace with my friends, family, co workers and bandmates. I also do yoga and stretches daily. Music is my love language and I think the act of performing is what helps me engaged and young hearted. I know there has to be a healthy balance of doing for others and taking care of myself mentally and physically. I smile a lot!
What would you do with the $40,000?I stepped back from education to raise both of my children as a young wife working as a married couple running four companies for 15 years. I rebuilt my life from scratch as a single mother. In 2016 , I went back to college to attain my BA in Communications. I’d like to pay off my student loan debt and focus on sharing my knowledge of skincare with others… perhaps develop my own organic skincare line!
