Loving myself, being comfortable in my own skin. Feeling very Blessed, and saying to myself in the mirror—“You look good” “You are enough!” I am aging with grace and it feels good not to let it cause stress. Age is freedom; each day is a new day to shine and be kind.
How do you stay fabulous?I encourage myself. If I feel stress coming on, I count my Blessings, I breathe, I remember who I am and who, ultimately, do I desire to please. I check my actions and thoughts; are they kind, are they pleasing to God? Practical matters, I eat healthy, I take care of my skin and keep active. Spending time with family and friends is what I love to do.
