Hitting 40 was 16 years ago! As I recall it was like stepping into a new chapter with a different kind of wisdom. You’ve got experience under your belt, a stronger sense of who you are, and, ideally, more self-confidence. You’re better at setting boundaries and knowing what you want out of life; it’s a time where you can balance youthful energy with mature insight, making it a time for growth, new opportunities, and fulfilling relationships.
How do you stay fabulous?I stay curious and keep learning; always exploring new interests. Embracing self-care; mental and physical health are key. Nurturing meaningful relationships that add depth to life. Staying active; regular exercise boosts mood and energy and I try to keep giving back.
What would you do with the $40,000?Get a reliable car, and help some family members out.
