How do you stay fabulous?I stay fabulous by eating healthy and exercising. I listen to my body, treat it well and don’t go to extremes. Longevity is the goal.
What would you do with the $40,000?I would use it to expand my virtual training platform to reach more people through personal training and nutritional guidance from the convenience of their own home. That way more people can achieve their goals and live their best life!
