Living my best life and enjoying every bit of it. 40 is like reaching a level of Internal change. I know what I want and I know my worth.

Being over 40 has given me a deep sense of self-assurance and confidence. Life experiences have taught me valuable lessons giving me wisdom and emotional maturity. I can focus on what matters- meaningful relationships, my well-being, and personal goals. My friendships are deeper and built on quality rather than quantity and I'm better at saying no and setting boundaries. By this age we have financial stability allowing me to better enjoy living my best life over 40.
How do you stay fabulous?For me staying fabulous over 40 is about embracing my unique self and making choices that keep me feeling vibrant, confident, and fulfilled. Mental Health is very important. Reducing the stress in my life has been a priority. Exercise and spending time outside is a big deal for me. Staying active and surrounding myself with people that make me laugh helps alot. Learning is something that I enjoy so I'm always looking for new skills and ways to improve myself.
What would you do with the $40,000?I would buy a car, take my kids and myself on a much needed vacation and invest some for our future.
