I love being over 40! I became a better knowledgeable & resilient woman, mother, wife. From a successful career that took me new beginnings to thrive being multi-faceted in the workforce, which lead me to a more purposeful lifestyle, even though a chronic illness that was physically difficult made me stronger everyday.
How do you stay fabulous?I stay fabulous with a daily routine of mindset work from meditating, affirmations, prayers, staying positive in emotional intelligence. It’s necessary as part of a workout living with a chronic illness with pain & fatigue which I manage daily. Proper nutrition, staying physically active to incorporate in my dailies. Work, life balances so my energy is not depleted & know when rest is important. Volunteering in community. I acknowledge my blessings daily & stay in the state of Gratitude.
What would you do with the $40,000?If I receive $40k, I will place towards my mortgage, retirement investments as my healthcare expenses are a true fact since 2007.why it’s necessary not to allow a disability take over. Carry out my mission HOPE, Helping One Person Everyday. Purchase an equipment for my daily cardio workout. Spa Holiday. Any purchases mentioned but necessarily all.
