How do you stay fabulous?Eat healthy! Include physical movement daily. Stay away from alcohol, and red meat. Conscious breathing, meditation, and gratitude.
What would you do with the $40,000?Pay bills. Supplement my retirement account. Start that account for travel and bucket list activities.
