It's a work in progress being 54 years young, but I am proud Gen X'er. I love that my generation is on the brink of turning aging on its head! I love being part of a counterculture, starting new trends and staying on top of sustainable practices. I'm an arc type and a role model. a lot of women in my age category, believe that they know who they are at this stage of their life, but my truth is I keep rediscovering who I am, and grow emotionally with each year that passes by.
How do you stay fabulous?I strive to have a deep connection to source. Being fabulous to me means being conscious, having a self reflective, practice, being integral with others and sustaining self-care. I practice eating healthy and making love with my partner. I do slow impact yoga, poses, dance to reggae and meditate..
What would you do with the $40,000?Buy an acre of land in Tennessee, build a tiny home with a water well and solar paneling. I would create educational programs to teach children how to grow food. Then move my sons onto the property. I would have some livestock, learn how to make goat cheese and sell eggs:)
