I love being over 40, 50, 60...my life experiences and tests have given me inner strength and resolve to make it through rough situations. Plus..the "kids" are grown and out of the house! Third, although menopause was inevitable, I welcome it as a right of passage. Now, carefree "everything" is a game-changer!!
How do you stay fabulous?My daily routine involves "me time" ( workout, meditation, outside time, ) and a daily self-affirmation. I committ to speaking an uplifting word to someone everyday.
