How do you stay fabulous?I start every morning at 5 a.m. with crossfit and have stayed consistent with it for over eight years. I have found crossfit to be my therapy therefore while doing my therapeutic sessions it has helped me stay fit.
What would you do with the $40,000?Because of my harsh life, I had to grow up at the age of eight and have worked since then. I am a recent widower with children and have realized that I’ve worked all my life, so I would use this money on myself and on my friends and take a break and and enjoy life for just a little while. My friends helped me in my difficult time when I lost the love of my life therefore I would like to do something special for them.
