I turned 45 at the end of June this year. I feel like wearing a little makeup brightens my spirits as well as playing guitar and singing.

The wisdom I have gained through many years, has brought me a peace that I never knew could exist in my twenties, and thirties. Life is complex, and I feel truly blessed for all of my experiences, good and bad. The knowledge I have gained has also helped me feel like I can still accomplish many tasks that I didn't think I could have at my age.
How do you stay fabulous?Getting at least 8 hours of sleep a night is one key to brighter mornings, and more effective work days. Staying active, eating healthy foods, and self care routine are also very important to staying fabulous in my forties. A positive mindset is also important, in order to succeed at every age, no matter what hardships we are faced with, throughout this journey.
What would you do with the $40,000?I could purchase a new guitar, and a piano, which could then open doors for live performances, since that is one of my passions. It would also permit me to pay off debts, and to invest in myself for a life changing experience, and help with my passion: music. I would also purchase Métro gift cards for families needing help in my neighborhood, and to the Youth Center, in Ottawa.
