THE confidence! In the past, I've always heard women in their 40s say their confidence peaked in their 40s, I understand! Whew, not to say it's over confidence but it is a sense of being comfortable in my own skin. I also love the level of peace I've achieved, which is a huge win for me and what a journey! A journey I am still on, learning more and more about self love and accepting things as they are. All positive experiences so far but such a long way to go!
How do you stay fabulous?Staying positive is a part of my core, I truly enjoy life more this way. It's my outlook on life and I hope that's how people feel after interacting with me. Being more present, time flies! These days, I make it a point to stop and enjoy the day. I interact with my children more and pause to take in a beautiful day. It brings me peace. Laughter, anyone who knows me, KNOWS I stay cracking jokes and spreading laughter. It's just a part of who I am and it keeps me feeling young and joyful.
What would you do with the $40,000?A lot has happened within a short time frame - from a separation, purchasing a new home but being laid off soon after, living off credit cards, etc. - all of the major hardships we fear. When it rains it pours! Winning this prize would go towards "catching up" on literally everything! This would provide me an opportunity to get back on my feet and on track - - back to a sense of normalcy instead of a feeling of survival.
