My healing journey began at 37 from over a decade of childhood sexual abuse. Now at 46 I am helping others to not only heal but thrive.

👋🏾 First let me say hello everyone and thank you so much for taking the time to read my sentiments. I love the feeling of truly understanding what self love means to me and acting accordingly. Whew child 🤔 for decades I allowed others, including myself, to treat me in ways that were not worthy—from business, personal to romantic relationships. Gift of age has bestowed recognizing worth in every single part of me & being my own unwavering fierce protector against those who think other wise. ⚠️
How do you stay fabulous?Feeling at ease in saying I do not have it all figured out 🤷🏾♀️— but realizing figuring it out is one of the most fabulous parts about me. I am constantly learning, healing and growing. And within that vulnerability of sharing that “I don’t have it all figured out” is one of the most fabulous aspects of myself because it leaves space for change—and change is how you evolve. The woman I am today is not the woman I will be tomorrow, I am ever evolving and lucky to do so!
What would you do with the $40,000?I would love to donate a portion of the 40,000 to non-profit “Voice Beyond Assault”; an organization dedicated to revitalizing and empowering the lives of all survivors of sexual and domestic violence by providing aid, advocacy, resources, and innovative therapies. As well as share with my inspiring identical twin sister, who is in the Fab Over 40 running as well. It would only be fair as I would not be the woman I am today without her in my life. 🫶🏾
