I’ll be 63 next month and in 2024 earned my 8th degree black belt, published my first novel, and I’m getting married in October. I love life

I love realizing what's truly important and not wasting time on things that don't matter. I've been through tragedy and come through--not unscathed, but wiser and clear on my purpose in life. I've committed to never taking life for granted and not being afraid to be 100% myself. Society would love for us to be invisible, but I have found that growing into middle age is incredibly liberating. I have so much to give--in love, in wisdom, and in service.
How do you stay fabulous?I never stop learning and growing and challenging myself. At 40, I got my bachelor's degree. At 50, I got my MBA. At 60, I published my first book, a memoir/self-help book. And at 62, I earned my 8th degree black belt and I published my debut novel, a contemporary romance for women who believe in second chances and in the power of friendship and love. I eat well, work out regularly, pray and meditate daily, and am supported by an incredibly loving man.
What would you do with the $40,000?What a wonderful dilemma! I would give a portion to charity and I would use the remainder to continue my writing. I'm currently in the middle of book three in a four-book series, and it would be an incredible blessing to have the money for editing, cover design, and travel to research.
