I’m 64 and have always tried to take good care of my skin, my mind, my body. I feel fabulous at my age because I’m confident with who I am.

It’s freedom at this age, retirement has finally come and children are raised and on their own. Life is flowing with loving my age and all that I want to achieve as an older woman.
How do you stay fabulous?At this age I can focus on myself. Self care is important, meditation, yoga, staying active, reading to gain knowledge on the importance of being a good healthy example for other women my age. I love volunteering, as that provides me the satisfaction of knowing I have helped someone in need.
What would you do with the $40,000?I would donate a percentage of that money to a non-profit that is close to my heart for veterans and children battling terminal illnesses. I would take my sisters on a sisters trip…something we have never been able to do.
