I welcome each new day with curiosity and excitement. I am perpetually positive and see life as good, a treasure or an adventure and I believe we learn, grow and heal in mind/body/soul from conception through to our dying breath. As I age, I have embraced my evolution. I like the human that I have become – one who is less concerned with how I look and more about how I feel, emotionally. My focus is on heart and brain health, physiologically and emotionally! Becoming whole is the goal!
How do you stay fabulous?Perspective is everything! I manage my thoughts and expectations; a letting go in a sense. I let my heart be the guide and trust that my higher self will reveal what is right for me. I see life as an opportunity! I have come to believe that it is an honour, even when it feels like life is handing me the worst upheavals, it’s still a privilege to breathe, and experience all the richness that being a human is. The upheavals show me how resilient I have become. Life is good, isn't it?!
What would you do with the $40,000?I would create a heart-centred community where people gather and feel a sense of belonging no matter the stage of life – anytime from pre-birth through post-death! Here, individuals can acknowledge the inevitable life stressors and learn to fully release them. Through sharing circles, one-on-one mentoring, creative outlets like art, music and play, people can connect, fostering deep trust and kinship, flourishing as a compassionate society that values emotional intelligence and empathy.
Colossal is a nationally registered professional fundraiser that inspires people to advocate for themselves and those in need. Through online competitions like Fab Over 40, Colossal offers participants the opportunity to make their mark while also making a big impact.
