I am a strong independent corporate career woman and single mom to 2 teens, and I believe there is NO LIMIT to what women over 40 can do!

I love being over 40 because I am no longer ruled by the limiting beliefs of what a woman should be. I feel completely empowered to do what makes me happy and open to try new things and scenarios without worrying about whether it is "normal" or about how I am perceived by others. I now understand that what matters about how I live my life is if it is acceptable to me! I am able to use my years of life experience, the successes and the failures, to continue figuring out how to do and be better
How do you stay fabulous?By having a positive mindset and by loving and believing in myself. I don't put limits on myself in terms of appearance or what I can accomplish. I attend Pilates class 5 days/wk to keep in shape and for my mental health. I try to keep a positive attitude, even when times are tough, and surround myself with positive, supportive people. I greet each day with excitement for the future, & for new passions and interests. I am never too old to continue growing and improving as a person!
What would you do with the $40,000?Even with a great career, it is getting so hard to live well in New York, where I am from, especially as a sole income provider to my household. My children are getting very close to college time and we all know how outrageous a college education can be. On the other hand, I really want my children to start experiencing the world and for us to build those unforgettable memories together. So, I would use part of the money for a family trip, and the remainder would go to their college educations.
