I have embraced the new knowledge of what it is to learn about myself, inside and out that I didn’t realize in my 30s. I am 43 and feel like I’m 23. Going through a divorce showed me just how strong I have become in life. I am wiser, I know exactly what I want and I don’t settle for less. I love helping others in nutrition and fitness from things I have learned by living a healthy life style myself. I am still able to teach kickboxing to all ages from 20s to 60s.
How do you stay fabulous?I live a healthy lifestyle. I am a chef so I know how to create healthy foods. I meal prep and set myself up for success. I teach kickboxing and I lift weights 3 to 4 times per week. I take care of my skin and live my self care routines. I try to help others anywhere I can which fills my heart up knowing I can lift another person up.
What would you do with the $40,000?Going through a divorce in my first and only marriage I truly need a car by early next year. I just started personal training, so having equipment to do my job better is a must. I love to donate some of the money to a few local animal shelters. I am such an animal lover. My job has cut my hours so having some money in the savings account will keep me at peace knowing I won’t go hungry or not being able to pay my rent if something happens. I’m very good with buying what I need, not want.
