Learning to be kinder to myself,giving myself grace. I'm discovering a lot about my own nature and shedding my tendency to be overly self-critical.
How do you stay fabulous?I don't have any secret routines or anything special lol. I've simplified my routine to prioritize self-care; I now get eight hours of sleep, drink plenty of water, stretch regularly, and focus on eating healthy foods, a significant change from my previous lifestyle of overwork, sleep deprivation, and poor diet, which has taught me to value my well-being more as I age.
What would you do with the $40,000?I plan to continue donating to and promoting the National Breast Cancer Foundation to increase awareness among women, while also investing in a company or property to establish long-term financial security for my daughter and future grandchildren.
