What I love about being over 40 is the confidence I have in the skin I'm in. I've learned that "No" is a complete sentence, and protecting my peace is priceless—it's worth more than gold. I can be unapologetically me.
How do you stay fabulous?I stay fabulous over 40 by constantly learning as I work on my doctorate, maintaining my well being with balance. Laughter is part of my daily routine, and I find peace through exercise and meditation. I also give back by serving as a board member for non-profit organizations and encouraging childhood literacy by reading to children during storytime events.
What would you do with the $40,000?I would celebrate my 25th wedding anniversary by taking a well-deserved vacation with my husband, I would also pay the tuition for my doctorate program, and donate to non-profit organizations, investing in my personal life, academic journey and service to others.
