What I love about being over 40 is the confidence and freedom it brings. I’ve grown into myself, no longer seeking validation or trying to meet external expectations. I appreciate the wisdom gained from life experiences, allowing me to navigate challenges with more grace. I focus on what truly matters—health, meaningful relationships, and personal fulfillment. I’ve learned to embrace self-care, love my body for its strength, and live authentically, making this phase of life truly rewarding
How do you stay fabulous?Staying fabulous means prioritizing self-care, both inside and out. I maintain a consistent skincare routine, exercise regularly, and practice yoga to stay flexible and energized. A healthy diet keeps me feeling vibrant, and I make time for relaxation through activities like massage. I focus on a positive mindset, surround myself with uplifting people, and continue to learn and grow. Confidence, balance, and embracing who I am are the keys to staying fabulous at any age.
What would you do with the $40,000?With $40,000, I’d invest in both personal growth and my business. I’d enhance my spa business by upgrading equipment, expanding services, and marketing to attract more clients. I'd also invest in personal development, like learning new wellness techniques. A portion would be saved or invested for the future, ensuring financial stability. Finally, I’d set aside some funds for travel and experiences to recharge and inspire creativity in both my life and work.
