Being over 40 means embracing a deep sense of self-awareness and confidence. I love that I no longer worry as much about others’ opinions; I’ve learned to value my own voice. I have the freedom to focus on what truly brings me joy, pursue passions without apology, and make decisions with clarity. I appreciate the life lessons that have shaped me, and I feel a greater sense of gratitude for the people and experiences that enrich my life. There’s beauty in the balance I’ve found.
How do you stay fabulous?Staying fabulous over 40 is about nurturing both body and mind. I prioritize my health by staying active with activities I love, eating well, and getting enough rest. I focus on self-care, whether through meditation, hobbies, or simply making time for myself. Keeping a curious mindset and being open to learning new things keeps me vibrant and engaged with the world. I also cultivate meaningful relationships—surrounding myself with positive people who inspire and support me.
What would you do with the $40,000?With the $40,000 I would finish paying off my daughter’s college. I would take a mini vacation with my children, invest and pay a Little debt off.
