At my age I am more grateful for each passing day and I've found the freedom to be more authentically myself. I have greater confidence in my decisions, the ability to prioritize my well-being, and a sense of hard-earned wisdom. I enjoy the freedom to say "no" to things that don't align with my values, along with the potential for more time to pursue personal passions and staying in shape.
How do you stay fabulous?I find it gratifying to exercise control, so having a growth mindset where I believe I have a level of control over my abilities and outcomes makes me the happiest!
