I love the amount of wisdom I’ve gained over the years that directly benefits the health of myself and everyone I care about. At 48 years young I feel a sense of freedom knowing that doing what I love is a big part of living a fulfilling life. I am able to dedicate more time now than when I was younger to enjoy photography, painting, wildlife viewing and charity work.
How do you stay fabulous?I stay looking and feeling young by eating a Whole Foods and mostly organic diet, taking a redox supplement, getting fresh air and sunshine, grounding, meditation, gentle exercises, Acupressure, PEMF and herbal remedies.
What would you do with the $40,000?With the $40,000 I would like to donate some to holistic medicine research, breast cancer research, buy new equipment for my clinic, take some art classes and… a few massages would be nice too:)
