I love growth and wisdom, being over 40 has made me evolve in so many areas, but most of all it has allowed me confidence to succeed in areas I didn't know I could. Being over 40 has taught me to embrace the world is to change perspectives to see through a better lens, enjoy life with a full heart no matter what comes my way!
How do you stay fabulous?Staying fabulous..for me eating clean but not depriving myself of my favorites! I still love pasta weekly! Pilates and walking daily keep me fit, healthy and ready for life! Just as it is important to staying physically fit, walking in kindness, being grateful for all things, the good and not so good is my mainstay, but most of all having faith in God is my strength. I believe in being my authentic self is the imperative ingredient and loving life.. Respecting one another and staying positive!
