I love being over 40 because I have more confidence than ever before, a stronger sense of who I am and a better picture of what’s important to me. My budding confidence allows me to believe in myself & my abilities & to feel comfortable in my own skin, no matter what gets thrown my way. I am learning to face my fears like never before. It is very empowering & exciting to take risks & try out the unknown.
How do you stay fabulous?I stay fabulous by surrounding myself with positive people who accept me, lift me up & can help build my confidence. Each day I remind myself what I am grateful for. I take care of myself by making sure I get enough sleep, eat well & move my body in ways that feel good. Physical activity is a great way to increase my energy & improve my overall mood.
What would you do with the $40,000?My husband is a self- employed contractor who is rapidly reaching retirement age. He has worked long & hard all of his life, and I would love to help ease some of his worries about money for our future.
