I love that I have lived and enjoyed much of my younger years. I traveled, partied, and made a lot of friends. Being 40 is an extension of that lifestyle, but with more maturity to make smarter choices for me and those around me. I still feel that energy and thrive to learn and discover new things. I have a 6 year old which is my life and she motivates me to be a better person every day. I have discovered my own strength at this age and I am finally reshaping my eating habits and body.
How do you stay fabulous?In January 2024, I decided to change the last thing that bothered me, my weight. I Now see a nutritionist once a month and I have re-learned how to eat. Changing the way I relate to food. I also started exercising, something that I never did. My weight loss journey has just begun, but I want my daughter to look up to me and see someone healthy and that she can mirror herself. so that keeps me going and improving. It's never too late to start taking care of yourself.
What would you do with the $40,000?I would donate 5k to help causes I believe in. The rest of the money, an amazing family trip to Florida to take my daughter to all the parks she only dreams of going. Then I would use that money to pay off my car and be debt-free.
