What I love about being over 40 is the confidence I’ve gained in myself. I prioritize staying in shape, both physically, and mentally, which enhances my overall well-being. My family is my foundation; they mean everything to me. I find joy in helping the community through volunteering and my work as a police officer. All the years and life lessons learned have helped shape who I am now in my 40s and I am looking forward to positive experiences and relationships as I get older.
How do you stay fabulous?Staying fabulous means prioritizing my well-being through consistent workouts and nourishing my body with healthy foods. I focus on self care, ensuring my mental health is a top priority. Surrounding myself with my family and friends, who uplift and inspire me, adds richness to my life. I embrace new challenges, continue to grow and celebrate small victories. By maintaining this balance and nurturing meaningful relationships, I cultivate a vibrant and fulfilling life.
What would you do with the $40,000?If I had $40,000, I would prioritize helping my family ensuring they have the support they need. I’d also love to take a memorable trip with my husband creating more lasting memories together. This balance between supporting loved ones and enjoy new experiences would be a fulfilling way to use the money.
