I LOVE being over 40! I'm in a season where I'm free to be who I want to be. I can let go of the care about what others think. To me, being over 40 means freely accepting who I am, learning to accept and love my flaws, loving others more and bigger! Life before 40 was not great. Life in my early 40's was a huge struggle, as I suffered terrible perimenopausal changes. Changes that were hard on my physical wellbeing and VERY hard on my mental wellbeing. Over 40 means, others over self.
How do you stay fabulous?I didn't invest in myself nutritionally or with exercise until after the birth of my third son. I started running, off and on, and then slowly began eating healthier and expanding my physical movement. Working on my wellness has been trial and error. Trying foods that work for my body & brain and adapting my workouts to this season of life has been super important and sometimes uncomfortable. I've finally found my rhythm & feel better than I ever have...physically & mentally! It's a true gift
What would you do with the $40,000?$40k is a lot! Tithe first and then I would put it towards retirement. I look forward to retirement and having time freedom to travel with my husband (aka, Best Husband Ever)! One trip that I daydream about, practically daily, is to travel to England and explore all the nooks and crannies that hold history.
