Being over 40 has brought a new kind of confidence and peace. I’m a mom of three boys, which keeps me on my toes, and staying active through working out helps me feel strong and energetic. I love that I’ve reached an age where I’m more comfortable in my own skin, and I focus on what truly matters, like my health, family, and happiness. It’s freeing to let go of worrying about what others think and instead focus on setting an example for my kids.
How do you stay fabulous?Staying fabulous with 3 kids means making time for myself, even on the busiest days. I prioritize fitness to feel strong and energized, whether it’s a quick workout, a walk, or being active with my kids. I’ve learned to make healthy choices that keep me feeling my best, and I embrace balance instead of perfection. Keeping a positive mindset and finding small moments for self-care helps me stay fabulous, fit, and ready for whatever comes my way!
What would you do with the $40,000?If I won the $40,000, I’d love to use it to help some struggling families back home in the Philippines.
