By the time you reach age 40 there is a sense of maturity that you didn’t realize in earlier years. Most of us have children that will soon be off to college during those years and the nest will be nearly empty and now there’s time to invest in self love. Giving more attention to who you really are and becoming the authentic you.
How do you stay fabulous?I don’t let the noise of aging clutter my mind. Simply because your age is just a number.I live every day as if it’s my last. I do low impact exercise, eat healthier and engage with people of all ages. But most importantly I include spirituality in my daily routine. Being happy and positive keeps you young at heart. As they say it takes more muscles and energy to frown than it does to smile so that’s what I focus on when I open my eyes everyday.
What would you do with the $40,000?I would invest it in my future as I am a retired RN right now and because of the cost of living and the economy being so unpredictable I would also check off a couple of things from my bucket list. I am a breast cancer survivor for 14yrs now and I will continue to donate to breast cancer research.
