What I love about being over 40 is the freedom that comes with it freedom to be fully myself, without worrying about the noise. The journey so far has been rich with learnings and wisdom that only time can give. Each year brings more clarity, growth, and a deeper connection to what truly matters. At this point its not even the age, I’m embracing life to its fullest.
How do you stay fabulous?I stay fabulous by living unapologetically and fiercely prioritizing my well-being mind, body, and energy. I honor my needs without guilt, nurturing myself with movement, mindfulness, and self-love. I protect my peace, speak my truth, and show up for myself every day. I don’t shrink for anyone, not this time. My confidence is hard earned, and I wear it boldly. I believe in the “I glow, you glow” mindset, inspiring others to shine alongside me.
What would you do with the $40,000?With $4k I’d create a vibrant fitness space in an elder foundation, focusing on embracing aging and healthy living. This would include age-appropriate equipment, classes for strength, flexibility, and holistic wellness like yoga and meditation. I’d hire trainers specializing in senior fitness and organize community workshops for social interaction and nutrition education. This initiative would empower seniors to thrive and serve as a great example for others to embrace aging.
Colossal is a nationally registered professional fundraiser that inspires people to advocate for themselves and those in need. Through online competitions like Fab Over 40, Colossal offers participants the opportunity to make their mark while also making a big impact.
