I’ve taken each of the hardships that I’ve experienced in my lifetime and learned so many valuable lessons. I’ve experienced it all: abuse, trauma. disability, divorce, single parenting, etc., etc. The older I get the more I’ve learned to tap into those uncomfortable moments and learn. The outcome? Pure joy. The ability to look at the little things and see the abundant beauty around me. Embrace the wisdom of lessons learned!
How do you stay fabulous?I do a very specific weight workout three times a week. I walk everywhere. I try to take care of my skin in my body the best I can. More importantly, I nurture what’s on the inside. The true wellness of just feeling good. I’m expanding my involvement in the arts. I’m doing things I’ve never done, at the same time making sure that my body can continue to do the things I’ve always done.
What would you do with the $40,000?I would use the money to expand my ability to support music. I’m currently in discussions with a small group of people who’s interest is in cultural diplomacy through world, music, and working with kids to reach these goals.
