I love having the sense of freedom, independence and confidence I didn't have when I was 30, let alone 40. I know myself a lot more. I know what works and what no longer serves me.
How do you stay fabulous?I take care of myself ongoingly, which means lots of self-care. I give myself at-home facials, manicures and pedicures. I do yoga, strength training and walking. I also practice meditation and surround myself with close friends and family.
What would you do with the $40,000?I would pay off my debts, invest some of the money and go on vacation with my family.
