Being over 40 can be a unique blend of advantages. There is a sense of confidence and self acceptance that can be really empowering. It’s great to be underestimated in terms of age while having a clear understanding of what I want in life and be comfortable in my skin. I have a wealth of experience that leads to deeper relationships. I love the woman I am today!!
How do you stay fabulous?I prioritize self care by incorporating activities that nourish my mind and body. I have a workout routine that maintains my energy and vitality. Lifelong learning keeps my mind sharp and life exciting! I focus on the positives and surround myself with supportive people. I stay true to myself, and maintain a joyful outlook.
What would you do with the $40,000?I would reduce my debt so that I could plan a memorable trip for my family. I would begin an organization that would make a positive impact on today’s youth. I would also upgrade my home to improve its value.
