Life in your 40's is a revelation. You learn to live authentically, no longer bogged down about anyone else's opinions. All of a sudden you realized how fleeting life truly is. This inspires you to clear space for positivity, surround yourself with more meaningful and good people, to really care about what your doing and where you're going.
How do you stay fabulous?I LOVE Reese Witherspoons quote, "The sooner you figure out that others people's opinions of you are none of your business, and it literally doesn't matter what they think of you, you become free." Smile and laugh out loud, take walks, do Pilates and go outside. Eat real food, take emotional and physical breaks. Listen to your body. Say no and say yes if it feels right to you. Always listen to your gut and learn to just be.
What would you do with the $40,000?Take my family, friends and team (who i also call family) somewhere breathtaking. Donate to a local charity more than i normally already do. Do something fun for my studios and the community that we have all built in the beautiful Hudson Valley.
