Turning 40 was a sort of magical passageway for me, where I finally realized that I did not need permission to make sure my own needs were getting met, or to tackle my dreams! I’m a victim’s advocate and spend most of my time being a “voice for the voiceless” and bringing the bad guys to justice! And we just started filming a Hulu series based on how I have overcome so many compelling obstacles to arrive where I’m at now—It’s exhilarating and I feel stronger and clearer than I ever have!

In addition to eating very clean, I keep my body and brain super active on a daily basis. But I’m also incredibly fortunate to have a lot of doctor friends in the Wellness space, who use me as a (very willing) guinea pig for all of their cutting edge & natural anti-aging methods. My fav being a new patented topical glutathione that not only made my skin go back in time miraculously, but also detoxes & energizes your entire body on the cellular level! My skin looks better than it did in my 20’s!

Well, this might sound scripted, but I’d use it towards the charity that we just started called Free2b. I had no idea that it would take so much seed money to properly launch a “charity,” so it would be perfect timing! The main purpose of our charity is to provide resources and professional therapy for victims of all sorts of abuse. Our goal is to show survivors and all people, that it’s never too late to “be who you might have been,” and that we are all ‘Free2b’ whoever we want to be!
