Being over 40 often brings a sense of self-assurance, greater clarity about priorities, and deeper wisdom from life experiences. I’ve developed resilience and emotional intelligence, which makes navigating challenges easier. There’s often more freedom to focus on what truly matters, with a stronger ability to say “no” to what doesn’t serve my personal or professional goals. Additionally, I find more appreciation for their physical and mental health, choosing activities that fill my bucket!

Prioritize Health: Maintain a balanced diet, stay active, and focus on mental wellness. Physical health boosts energy, mood, and keeps me feeling my best. 2. Skincare & Style: I invest in a skincare routine that helps to keep my glow! I wear clothing that reflects my personality while making me feel empowered and sexy! 3. Positive Mindset about life
What would you do with the $40,000?Continue building my legacy to help others in my private practice. Continue educating others about autism; a diagnosis prevalent in my family. I want to provide a few scholarships to children diagnosed with autism so they can continue to see their worth. Continuing to help my children be successful in school. And after all of that, take my family on a vacation.
